Privacy Policy

You can read most of the site without an account. We collect the following:

• Account details. A username, an email address, and either a password (stored only as a bcrypt hash — we never keep the password itself) or, if you use Google Sign-In, your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile picture URL.
• Profile details you choose to give. Your name, email, phone number, a target interview date, and the languages, role tracks and learning paths you enrol in. These drive what the site shows you.
• Study progress. Which questions you have opened, how you self-graded them, learning-path modules you have completed and mock-interview results. While signed out this stays in your browser only. When you sign in it is saved to your account so it follows you between devices.
• Free-allowance counters. Which questions you have opened under the free allowance, so re-reading something never costs you a second time.
• Purchases. The plan you bought, the amount, and the Razorpay order and payment identifiers. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — those go directly to Razorpay.
• Messages you send us. The name, email, subject and message from the contact form.

We do not collect your location, contacts, files, or anything from your device beyond what is described above.

• To create and secure your account, and to sign you in.
• To show you the languages, tracks and questions you enrolled in, and to remember your progress across devices.
• To apply the free allowance fairly and to unlock what you have paid for.
• To answer your support messages.
• To keep the service working and secure — for example, rate limiting sign-in attempts so nobody can guess passwords in bulk.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your study progress to build advertising profiles.

If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your name, email address, profile picture URL and a stable account identifier. We use these only to create and identify your account. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google service, and we cannot read them.

You can disconnect the site from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We use a small number of processors, and only for the purposes below:

• Google Cloud — hosting and the database. Everything above is stored here.
• Google Sign-In — authentication, if you choose it.
• Google AdSense — advertising on the free tier. Google sets its own cookies and may use them to personalise ads. You can control this at myadcenter.google.com. Prime members see no ads.
• Razorpay — payment processing. Payment details are entered on Razorpay's own checkout and never pass through our servers.

We otherwise disclose personal information only where the law requires it. We do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.

• Sign-in cookie. Set when you log in so you stay logged in. Strictly necessary; the site cannot keep you signed in without it.
• Theme and local progress. Stored in your browser's local storage. Never sent anywhere unless you are signed in, in which case progress syncs to your account.
• Advertising cookies. Set by Google AdSense on the free tier, governed by Google's own policies.

Clearing your browser data removes everything in the first two categories.

Account and profile data is kept for as long as your account exists. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after an account is closed, because we are obliged to be able to evidence a transaction. Contact-form messages are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Delete your account and everything else goes with it.

• See and change your data. Your profile page shows everything we hold about you and lets you edit or remove it, including un-enrolling from anything you added.
• Get a copy, or have it deleted. Email support@radhapublication.in and we will export or delete your data. We will not ask you to justify the request.
• Stop personalised ads. Use Google Ad Settings, or buy Prime, which removes advertising entirely.
• Withdraw Google access. Revoke it from your Google account permissions page at any time.

Traffic is served over HTTPS only. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, never in a readable form. Sign-in and account-creation endpoints are rate limited to frustrate automated attacks, and payment signatures are verified server-side before anything is unlocked. No system is perfect, and we will not claim otherwise — if we ever discover a breach affecting your data we will tell you.

The site is intended for people preparing for technical job interviews and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will remove it.

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be announced on the site rather than made quietly.
