Terms of Service

Radha Publication publishes interview-preparation material: practice questions and answers, learning paths, role tracks, mock interviews and downloadable books. It is study material. It is not professional advice, it does not guarantee that you will pass an interview or get a job, and nothing on the site should be treated as a promise of any outcome.

We work to keep the material correct and current, and some of it is drafted with the help of AI tools and then reviewed. Technology changes and mistakes happen. Treat the content as a study aid rather than an authority: verify anything you intend to rely on in an interview or in production code. If you spot an error, tell us and we will fix it.

• You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself.
• Give accurate details — we use your email address to reach you about purchases and support.
• One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• You can delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

You can read a set number of questions in each subject for free, supported by advertising. Re-reading a question you have already opened never costs you a second time. Once the allowance in a subject is used up you can carry on with ads on other subjects, or unlock that one.

The size of the allowance may change. If we reduce it, that will not retroactively lock content you have already unlocked by purchase.

Unlocks are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Nothing auto-renews and nothing is charged again unless you buy something else.

• Interview Pack — ₹29. Unlocks one interview topic, permanently.
• Subject Pass — ₹99. Unlocks every question in one subject, permanently.
• Prime Access — ₹199. Unlocks every subject and every topic, removes advertising, and includes the downloadable books.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never receive your card or UPI details. Access is granted only after Razorpay's payment signature has been verified, so if a payment fails verification you are not charged for access you did not get.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects something you have already bought.

Because access is granted immediately and permanently, purchases are generally not refundable once the content has been opened. That said, we would rather have a fair outcome than a rule: if you were charged twice, bought the wrong thing, or could not access what you paid for, email support@radhapublication.in within 7 days and we will put it right. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

The content is licensed to you for your own personal study. You may not:

• Republish, resell or redistribute the questions, answers or books, in whole or in part.
• Share your account, or share downloaded books, with people who have not bought access.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site, or use automated tools to extract content.
• Attempt to bypass the free allowance, the paywall, or any other access control.
• Interfere with the service — attacking it, overloading it, or probing it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.

Quoting a short extract with attribution, or using what you have learned in your own work, is fine and encouraged. Copying the material wholesale is not.

Anything you send us — feedback, corrections, support messages — you grant us permission to use to improve the site. Do not send us anything confidential or anything you do not have the right to share.

The free tier is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense. We do not control which specific ads appear and do not endorse them. Prime removes advertising entirely.

We aim to keep the site up but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend accounts that breach these terms. If we withdraw content you have paid to unlock, and no equivalent replacement exists, contact us about a refund.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost job opportunities, lost earnings, or the outcome of any interview. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above will change and material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, stop using the site and contact us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
